Although London’s creative sector is growing, we have reached a critical tipping point where access to opportunity is impenetrable to those that don’t have experience, skill-sets and connections.

This application has a few stages. Be ready to spend some time to consider and submit your answers.

Important dates:
- Applications close at 17:00 on Sunday 24 November 2024 Note: We cannot accept applications that arrive after the deadline. Occasionally servers can crash when multiple applications are submitted at once. To avoid disappointment, please do not leave submitting your application to the last minute.)
- If your application is successful, you’ll need to be available for the Group Interview Selection Day on Tuesday 10 December at the Good Growth Hub, where you'll take part in a collaborative group task, meet the team, and have a chance to ask any questions. Please note that we are unable to offer alternative group interview dates.
- Flipside commences on Monday 6 January 2025
- Flipside concludes on Wednesday 26 March 2025
Programme eligibility
We welcome applications from people who have transferable skills and/or do not meet every skill requirement as we know women and other under-represented groups are less likely to apply for a role if they are not 100% qualified.
We promote a diverse, inclusive and empowering culture.
- To be eligible for this programme you must be aged (18-30)
- We welcome applications from candidates from across London but priority will be given to those who are currently a resident of Camden, Hackney, Islington, Newham, Tower Hamlets or Waltham Forest.
Flipside is delivered as part of the Skills Bootcamps for Londoners for those aged 19+ to progress into work by giving them access to in-demand skills training and a guaranteed interview for a more sustainable, higher-skilled job and higher wages over time.
