This application has a few stages. Be ready to take some time to consider and submit your answers.
- You will need a copy of your most recent CV ready to upload. There is an option in the second section of this form to upload answers to your application questions in video or audio format.

Important dates:
- Applications close at 10 am on Friday 19 July
- If your application is successful, you’ll need to be available for an online group interview day on Thursday 8 August, where you'll take part in a collaborative group task, meet the team face-to-face and have a chance to ask any questions. Please note that we are unable to offer alternative group interview dates.
- STEP commences the week beginning Monday 23 September
- STEP concludes In September 2025
Programme eligibility
- You meet the programme's eligibility requirements if you are aged between 18-30 and if you are a current resident of Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest. Whilst we welcome applications to those who went to school outside of the four boroughs, priority will be given to those that have been educated in these areas.
